Fairly clean hotel, attentive personnel, complimentary and extensive breakfast. The unique and good sized room with a view over the roofs to st peters. Great food in the garden for breakfast with a nice view. Simply no complains at all, perfectly pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Farnese. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, even offering to pay for my pizza when I didn't have cash. The location was perfect, being close to the metro and within walking distance of major attractions. The rooms were great, with only a slight issue with the hot/cold water in the shower, but the pressure was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The Romanian waitress who attended to us was very nice.

Breakfast was a very nice selection and the breakfast room on the 5th floor was excellent. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and exploring... I like to walk! The front desk, Leonardo was always very helpful as were others
My room was a little dark, I would get a room in an upper floor next time.

Great service, arranged airport transfer. Early check-in with beautiful room - private terrace, amazing bathroom, comfy bed. Old world charm with modern conveniences. Extensive breakfast buffet, loved making own orange juice. Fantastic staff, reminiscent of luxury hotels. Perfect location near buses and Metro.

The staff was friendly and the location is good.
The breakfast is included in the price, unfortunately there was no more place in the breakfast room and we had to do without the breakfast. The breakfast outside is cheaper and better than in the hotel.
